Find your nest.

Our story

A kestrel knows a good perch when it sees one.

The American kestrel is the smallest falcon in North America, and one of the most resourceful. It doesn't build its own nest; it finds the right spot and makes it home. Wherever it lands, it belongs.

That's the spirit behind The Kestrel. Tucked into Redmond's Overlake neighborhood, minutes from Esterra Park, major employers, trails and transit, it's a place designed for people who know a good spot when they see one, and want to settle in and stay awhile.

233 new apartment homes. Studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom floor plans. One very good perch.
